- Maintenances to be completed every 3 months
- Filter changes will be included but with filters to be purchased at cost
- Each additional HVAC system $10 month each/$30 quarter each, billed quarterly to card on file **only one (1) discount can be applied towards a replacement quote
-> Tune-Up inspections will be scheduled as a bundle to be completed at the same time per building/dwelling and the total be completed with in the same week
